    Nice hotel with excellent wi-fi, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me find my lost ring on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    Courteous, pleasant, helpfulFront Office and Guest Reataions. Excellent, knowledgable Concierge attention. Fantastic location on the Waterfront with stunning all-round views. Perfectly located for the World Cup Green Point Stadium.

    Houskeeping well-meaning but occasionally under-performing. Dining facilities lets them down: poor selection of dishes and rather indifferently prepared and amateurishly served. Lets them down.

    Staff from the reception to the hotel operators are largely incompetent, at least the dozen or so we met. Especially the mid-level is a problem. The bottom level staff were fine, but from there up, it was a disaster!

    On check-in preauthorisation of 8800 ZAR still held on credit card. This is in addition to 8167.90 debited from card upon check out. Reception staff a joke.

    The hotel location is very good... walking distance (10 minutes) to water front shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel scenery is magnificent. Breakfast and other services were great

    Solo travelers will appreciate the comfort

    The breakfast buffet was superb! The selection was so varied and delicious, I found myself trying new things every morning. Plus, the staff was so attentive, always making sure my coffee was topped up.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, it was still acceptable given the level of service.
